S4 Program Quality & Audit Management Lead

SAP S/4HANA Programme Quality & Audit Lead (m/f/d) | Erlangen or Bucharest | English Speaking

This client is moving its entire ERP landscape to SAP S/4HANA. 100,000 people, 90+ countries, 5+ years of transformation. Currently hiring several Quality & Audit Leads to make sure it holds up to scrutiny at every gate.

The job

You own quality governance and audit readiness across the whole programme. Quality gates, acceptance criteria, evidence trail, and the relationship with internal and external auditors. You'll sit next to Programme Leadership and work across the PMO and all delivery factories.

Day to day, that means:

• Enforcing the S/4HANA Quality Management Framework across rollouts and factories
• Driving quality gate readiness against PM milestones, through to formal sign-off
• Keeping the programme permanently audit-ready (IDW PS 850 / ISO standards)
• Building quality gates and audits into the Integrated Program Plan, not bolting them on later
• Escalating and tracking quality risks and non-conformities at programme level

You’ll need

• 8+ years in quality management, audit, PMO or governance on large IT or ERP transformations
• Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA programme experience, ideally in a regulated or audit-heavy environment
• Strong grasp of gated delivery and audit standards (ISO 9001, IDW PS 850 or similar)
• The credibility to challenge senior leaders and make complexity make sense
• Fluent English (German is a big plus, not a must)
• Around 25 % travel, 3 days a week on site
