Responsibilities

• Sie übernehmen die Stammdatenpflege und Erstellung der Zeit- und Gehaltsabrechnungen eines Mitarbeiterkreises im SAP‑System
• Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und externe Stellen wie z. B. Krankenkassen und Behörden
• Sie übernehmen Jahreswechsel- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
• Sie sind für die richtige steuer‑ und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Beurteilung verantwortlich

Qualifications

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, alternativ in einem ähnlichen Umfeld (z. B. Personalbereich)
• Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs‑ und Steuerrecht
• Sie haben gute SAP HCM Kenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
• Ein hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung rundet ihr Profil ab
