Safety & Security PM (Fully Remote)

Role Overview:

• This role bridges AI safety research and the North product, translating model evaluations into product guardrails.
• It requires technical depth and product instincts to own the safety roadmap and coordinate with research teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the product bridge between safety research and product teams.
• Own the safety roadmap and prioritize features based on research findings.
• Partner with modeling teams to interpret safety evaluations and define evaluation frameworks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management or research operations experience.
• Technical depth to engage with safety researchers.
• Strong interest in AI safety and model behavior.
