SailPoint ISC Architect - German Speaking (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced SailPoint Architect, IAM Architect, or Identity Governance professional looking to work on complex Identity Security programs for a global leader in the IAM space?

HCLTech is seeking a German-speaking SailPoint ISC Architect to support a strategic customer engagement with SailPoint . In this client-facing role, you will drive solution architecture, technical consulting, implementation guidance, and best practices across Identity Security Cloud (ISC) initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather customer business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.


• Document product-based requirements and recommend best-fit SailPoint solutions.


• Educate customers and implementation partners on architecture, design principles, and best practices.


• Support project scoping, analysis, planning, and implementation activities.


• Deliver technical enablement and training sessions for implementation teams and partners.


• Provide technical leadership and guidance for complex IAM and Identity Governance initiatives.


• Collaborate with delivery teams to design innovative solutions for challenging business requirements.


• Support technical implementation through configuration, integrations, and custom development.


• Review code and provide technical oversight to ensure solution quality and scalability.


• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience within software consulting, system integration, or enterprise software environments.


• 3+ years of software implementation experience.


• Strong experience with:


• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)


• Identity and Access Management (IAM)


• Identity Governance Administration (IGA)


• Experience with software development, implementation, and configuration.


• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies:


• Node.js


• TypeScript


• Angular


• React.js


• Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work in a shift-based environment.

Nice to Have

• SailPoint IdentityIQ and broader SailPoint product experience.


• Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.


• LDAP and Active Directory.


• XML, SOAP, SPML.


• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.


• ServiceNow, SAP, or PeopleSoft integrations.


• Security, IT Audit, or Governance experience.


• SailPoint Certified Engineer or SailPoint Architect certification.


• CISSP or J2EE certification.
