To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Account Management Specialist (f/m/d) in our offices in Filderstadt.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all sales-related commercial topics and act as the first point of contact for customers and internal functions within the assigned project/carline.
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction from a sales perspective while demonstrating Yazaki values: Foresight, Service Mind, and Fortitude .
• Ensure all customer meetings are well prepared, including agendas, organization, and presentation materials.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Understand the project's KPIs and the agreed Terms & Conditions (T&C) with the customer.
• Actively contribute to achieving and improving financial targets (MIT).
• Regularly monitor project status against project targets and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on all customer claims.
• Review and understand internal cost accounting in detail, ensuring that MIT is considered in all claims.
• Ensure that quotations and offers are submitted on time and meet customer expectations in terms of quality.
• Support Program Management in the preparation of quotations.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of KPIs and Terms & Conditions and effectively negotiate with customers.
• Utilize Change Management mechanisms to further improve profitability (MIT, smart pricing through engineering changes).
• Take responsibility for Sales Functional Reviews (FR) within GPMS for assigned projects.
• Continuously review and analyze customer-related data, including volume, sales, pricing, content, and other relevant business metrics.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in a related area.
• Experience in Presentation, Moderation, Business Process Management, Relationship Management, and Conflict Management is considered an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver customer presentations.
• Intermediate knowledge of German, enabling communication with German OEM customers and support in translating documents and emails.
• Proficient English language skills (C1 level), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
