Sales Account Manager – Software Sales (Germany & Austria)

Responsibilities

  • Pro‑actively develop new business by prospecting and identifying potential clients within the packaging supply chain and brand‑owner sectors.
  • Achieve sales targets, work independently to target and close new accounts, and accelerate the adoption of our SaaS solutions as key drivers of customer success.
  • Lead the full sale cycle: from uncovering and engaging leads through presenting, handling objections, and closing deals that match customer needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent generation, tracking and closing of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product management, marketing, customer success) to deliver optimal solutions, tools and support throughout the customer journey.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B solution sales, preferably SaaS.
  • Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week (≈10 nights per month).
  • Fluent in German; good command of English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
