Sales Administrator

Based in Stuttgart, Germany, SHINING 3D Technology GmbH supports customers across the European market, bringing innovative 3D scanning technologies to professionals and businesses worldwide.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive General Sales Administration Specialist to support our sales operations and ensure efficient order processing, accurate sales data management, and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Order Processing: Process and maintain sales orders, after-sales orders, and purchase orders; verify customer information, pricing, order accuracy, and product availability.
• Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain quotations, order confirmations, proforma invoices, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
• Sales Data & Reporting: Maintain customer databases and sales records, prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts, and present sales data to management regularly.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Application Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve sales administration workflows and systems, and support the implementation of more efficient processes.
• General Administration: Provide administrative support for daily operations and undertake other related tasks as assigned by management.

Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is an advantage, but motivated candidates without prior professional experience are also welcome to apply.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and improve administrative processes in an international working environment.
