Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Electronics.Job Responsibilities:About the Role:In this role, you will support sales operations and data management activities across key systems, including the Global Sales Database (GSD) and Magna Electronics Pursuit Management (MPM). You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and data integrity.Working closely with Sales and Product Area teams, you will provide data-driven insights, maintain high-quality datasets, and support strategic decision-making. You will also act as a key interface between Sales, Product Areas, and Finance, particularly in relation to reporting and revenue-related activities.Your main Responsibilities:As an Sales Analyst, you will take ownership of the Global Sales Database tool for your assigned customers, ensuring high data quality and enabling reliable sales forecasting and market transparency in close collaboration with Sales.Manage and maintain vehicle volume data, including validation against IHS benchmarksEnsure pricing accuracy by aligning data with ERP systemsMaintain product data (e.g., take rates, product categories)Monitor and track Long-Term Agreements (LTA) versus planning, including follow-upsUpdate sourcing opportunities and pipeline dataEnsure data consistency across GSD, MPM, Ironclad, and other relevant toolsMonitor and update competitor and market intelligenceSupport MPM processes, including registrations, agenda preparation, meeting documentation, and approval follow-upsPrepare and analyze sales reports and forecastsSupport Sales teams in improving reporting capabilities and data processesProvide key sales KPIs and analyses for monthly reports, GSD reviews, and other meetingsParticipate in regular sales meetings to support preparation and derive actionable insightsWho we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industryProven experience in sales data analysis and reportingAdvanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsExperience with Power BI or similar business intelligence toolsBusiness fluent in written and spoken EnglishYour preferred qualifications:Fluent in written and spoken German are an advantageExperience working in a global, matrixed organizationSelf-driven with a proactive and hands-on mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environmentStrong numerical and analytical skills, including data visualization and a solid understanding of financial controlling principlesSite Benefits:Collegial, supportive and friendly working atmosphere with a "Duz" cultureAttractive and performance-oriented compensation packageProspects and opportunities for personal and professional development through various training offersIndividual work arrangements through flexible working hours and opportunities to use "Office Work" and "Mobile Work" personallyCorporate benefits programInternational and diverse environment and open-door cultureAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
