The Opportunity

A fast-growing MedTech company is hiring a Sales & Clinical Education Specialist to support its obstetrics portfolio.

This is a field-based role covering Central Germany, combining clinical training (~70%) with commercial responsibility.

You’ll work closely with clinicians and midwives, driving product adoption through hands‑on training, demonstrations, and in‑hospital support.

Field-based – Central Germany – ideal candidate location in Frankfurt

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education and product training
• Support procedures and in-hospital use
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Drive regional sales growth and identify new opportunities

Requirements

• Clinical background in Midwifery & interested in commercial positions
• OR 2+ years medical device sales experience into hospitals ideally.
• Strong commercial and communication skills
• Willingness to travel (~60%)
