To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time
Sales and Market Development Manager (m⁠/⁠f⁠/⁠d)

Your New Position:
Full responsibility for all sales and business development related task within the assigned region
Development, planning, and implementation of sales targets in close collaboration with management, as well as preparing sales and revenue forecasts for the responsible sales area
Establish and manage longterm growth roadmaps with subsidiaries and dealers
Managing and strategically expanding key customer relationships, as well as supporting the national sales teams with demanding customer projects
Advising and supporting regional sales units, subsidiaries, and dealers in achieving and exceeding defined revenue and growth targets
Regular reporting of relevant KPIs
Representing the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry events to maintain existing contacts and build new business connections
Regular feedback of market trend to internal stakeholders

What you bring to the table:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in international sales or business development in the construction equipment industry
Strong strategic and analytical skills, as well as a practical approach to work
Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
Very good English skills. Knowledge of other languages is a benefit
Willingness to travel worldwide on business
