Sales Back Office & Sales Support Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Back Office & Sales Support Executive to manage sales operations, billing processes, complaint handling, and master data maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination skills, high data accuracy, and the ability to effectively manage dealer and customer interactions. Prior experience in dealership environments is highly preferred for quicker adaptation, especially in sales support and complaint management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Billing Operations

• Manage contract and support ticket billing processes.
• Perform calculations for services and license charges.
• Ensure accurate billing in line with agreements and pricing structures.
• Monitor outstanding and unpaid invoices and coordinate with finance teams and customers for closure.

2. Complaint Management

• Record and log customer and dealer complaints in internal systems.
• Route complaints to relevant departments for resolution.
• Track complaint status and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Communicate resolutions clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all complaints.

3. Master Data Maintenance

• Maintain and update master data in systems such as Crossline and SAP.
• Perform data entry and validation for:
• Customers
• Contracts
• Users
• System and Product IDs
• Ensure accurate and timely data reporting to SAP.
• Maintain data consistency and integrity across systems.
• Support dealers and internal sales teams with order-related queries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Assist in dealer onboarding and documentation management.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare reports related to billing, complaints, and master data.
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Track and report KPIs such as billing accuracy, complaint resolution time, and data quality.
