To expand our internal team at our company’s Soest location, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) for the Soest area.

What awaits you

• Acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client relationships
• Advising and supporting our clients on all matters related to staffing services
• Preparing quotes and contracts
• Coordinating and planning our employees’ assignments
• Monitoring the market and identifying business opportunities
• Collaborating with the recruiting team to ensure optimal staffing of positions

What you should bring

• You have completed a business apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
• You have experience in sales, ideally in the staffing industry
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills
• You are known for your independent and goal-oriented work style
• A team-oriented attitude and a passion for working with people round out your profile
