Sales Development Representative - DACH market

Location: remote from Germany, or hybrid from Ghent or Amsterdam

THE ROLE

You'll join the team driving the international expansion of Teamleader Orbit, our tool that helps mid-sized marketing and digital agencies thrive and scale. Every day, you'll be talking with decision-makers at agencies across the German-speaking market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate and follow up leads via phone, LinkedIn, email and social selling.
• Work with Marketing to identify and prioritise the right target accounts
• Book qualified first meetings for our Account Executives and brief them so every handoff counts
• Have your first customer conversations within your first few weeks, and celebrate your first closed deal with the team

YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

• Speak fluent German and solid professional English
• Feel comfortable on the phone, or are ready to get comfortable fast (we'll coach you)
• Are genuinely curious about how agencies work and how to help them run smarter
• Bring drive. Some B2B or outbound sales experience is a plus, but not a must

Bonus, not required: SaaS experience, agency-industry knowledge or CRM tool experience.
