Sales Transformation & Strategic Initiatives Lead

, you will play a key role in driving execution, alignment, and decision quality across the Sales organisation. Reporting directly to the Sales Director and acting as part of the Sales Leadership Team, you will help turn strategic priorities into focused execution across teams and functions. You will support leadership decision-making on highly visible and business-critical topics while gaining direct exposure to executive thinking, commercial strategy, and organizational leadership. Driving strategic and business-critical initiatives across the Sales organisation Supporting leadership planning cycles, including target setting, business priorities, and budgeting discussions Supporting leadership preparation, alignment, and effective management of business-critical topics Supporting decision-making through structured analysis and executive-ready communication Several years of experience in Strategy, Business Management, Consulting, Commercial Operations, or a similar business-critical environment Fluent
