Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will:

  • Be the door opener of big deals for our brand neustrom in the German market
  • Understand energy industry dynamics and market trends
  • Identify and engage potential partners and customers, persuading them of the benefits of our energy solutions.
  • You will focus on the initial contact and lead qualification (20% inbound, 80% outbound) and successfully book meetings for our senior sellers
  • Use our outbound framework but also develop outbound strategies for approaching potential target customers via telephone, email, LinkedIn, social media and client events
  • Support in the optimization of the PreSales processes and sales upper funnel to make sales methods more efficient
  • Naturally take responsibility and champion a healthy team spirit.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated colleagues from interdisciplinary teams to optimize existing customer proposals and spearhead the ongoing enhancement of our services.
  • Deliver and showcase your achievements through performance metrics based on set KPIs and targets.
  • Regularly prepare and present customer presentations, and when necessary, represent the company at conferences and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • You are a pre‑sales professional (at least 1 year of professional experience), preferably with knowledge of the energy sector
  • You are able to connect with people in a very short time and contribute your ideas creatively
  • You are characterized by good communication skills, excellent time management, resilience and an independent way of working
  • You are able to quickly familiarise yourself with energy‑relevant topics and the challenges of energy supply on the customer side
  • You live team spirit instead of an elbow mentality
  • You have a confident manner, a pleasant voice and are not afraid of cold calling
  • You have a KPI‑driven and detail‑oriented approach to work
  • You have the ability to speak persuasively with executives and other senior positions
  • You have a very good command of German and English
