Sales Development Representative – Google Products

We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to drive growth for leading Google products (Google Cloud / Google Ads) in the DACH market.

This role is designed for professionals looking to accelerate their international career in B2B tech sales. You will act as the strategic link between business prospects and cutting-edge Google solutions, managing lead generation, outbound prospecting, and qualifying opportunities for C-level decision-makers.

Location & Working Model

• Locations Available: Barcelona, Spain OR Krakow, Poland.
• Work Model: Hybrid.
• Work Permit: Candidates must hold EU citizenship or a valid, unrestricted work permit for Spain/Poland. (Sponsorship is not provided).
• Relocation: Full company-backed relocation support provided for candidates moving to Spain or Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Execute outbound calls, emails, and social selling campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers across the DACH region.
• Opportunity Qualification: Identify client business needs, map pain points to Google Cloud/Google Ads solutions, and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs).
• Deal Management: Maintain and update account details, lead pipelines, and activities in Salesforce.
• Quota Ownership: Achieve daily/weekly activity targets and quarterly SQO conversion quotas.
• Market Expansion: Build long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise prospects to expand market share.

Candidate Profile

• Languages: Fluent / Native German (C1/C2) and Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (B2/C1).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B Sales , outbound cold calling, or business development (preferably in IT, SaaS, Cloud, or digital marketing).
• Tech & Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and basic understanding of cloud computing or digital marketing ecosystems.
• Mindset: Strong hunter mentality, goal-oriented, competitive, and proactive with excellent business communication skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to relocate to Barcelona or Krakow with company relocation support.
