Responsibilities

Hunt, identify, and qualify high-potential outbound leads
Handle incoming leads from Marketing
Engage target decision-makers through strategic emails, phone calls, video messaging, and LinkedIn
Conduct qualification calls to understand sustainability challenges, timelines, and decision-making processes
Book qualified discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
Partner with one or two Account Executives to penetrate target accounts and build sales pipeline
Gather market feedback and customer insights for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Track activities and notes in the CRM
Ensure informed handover of qualified leads to the sales team

Requirements

Professional fluency in German and English (C1+) essential
First commercial or client-facing experience, such as an internship or job in sales, business development, customer success, high-end retail, or competitive hospitality
Highly motivated, resilient, proactive hunter attitude
Willingness to make phone calls and view rejection as a learning opportunity
High curiosity, ability to learn, absorb feedback, and continuously improve
Ability to quickly grasp complex topics such as SaaS platforms and EU packaging regulations and explain them clearly
Genuine interest in sustainability, climate tech, and helping global brands make a real-world impact
Hands‑on daily experience with a modern CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
First‑hand experience and clear understanding of a B2B SaaS sales process

Core Competencies

Demonstrates professional fluency in German and English, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and sustainability challenges. Capable of engaging decision-makers and effectively utilizing CRM tools to track and manage leads.
