Sales Director(EV)

In this role you will drive overseas sales for passenger car projects and key battery/vehicle initiatives, coordinating cross-functional resources to win business. You will lead customer negotiations, manage the full project lifecycle from initial alignment to delivery, and feed market insights to shape product positioning. The position involves pricing strategy and participation in industry exhibitions, with a focus on expanding global markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support sustainable growth in electrified transportation.

• Achieve the annual sales target
• Track and develop passenger car projects, coordinate internal resources, and promote project targeting
• Lead business negotiation with customers and support full lifecycle of the project from docking to delivery
• Understand the product line, monitor competition, and provide market feedback for product positioning
• Lead quotations at each stage considering industry costs and pricing strategy
• Participate in new energy industry exhibitions and obtain latest industry developments

• Bachelor
• 5+ years of overseas market sales experience in vehicle, parts, international market development or battery industry
• Strong overseas market development ability
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong resilience, clear logic, negotiation skills, and ability to manage internal and external relations
• Good business etiquette and ability to host customer visits
• English language proficiency (written and spoken)
