As a Sales Engineer in our Pre‑Sales team, you're the bridge between our customers and our platform. You're responsible for demonstrating the technical value of revel8 throughout the sales process, translating complex requirements into solutions, and ensuring that prospective customers truly understand the full power of our software.
Your day‑to‑day:
Technical Advisory: You guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, delivering compelling product demos and technical deep‑dives tailored to their needs.
Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: You lead technical evaluation phases and make sure customers can see the success of the solution in black and white.
Subject Matter Expert: You become the go‑to technical expert for our platform, supporting the team on complex technical questions and challenges.
Customer Enablement: You proactively advise customers on how to best leverage our AI features to meet their specific security objectives.
Strategic Input: You work closely with Product and Sales to feed market insights directly into product development.
