Aufgaben

Development and expansion of business activities for complex technical solutions and systems in North African markets, with a long-term perspective on the broader MENA region
Preparation of tailored proposals in close coordination with internal departments such as engineering, project management, and sales support
Ongoing management and follow-up of proposals through to contract closure, including contribution to project development strategies
Conducting negotiations with clients and partners, as well as coordinating the internal handover of secured projects
Representing the company at international trade fairs, industry events, and conferences

Profil

Completed degree in engineering or a related technical field
Strong command of English; additional language skills in French or Arabic are considered an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally and interest in working across different cultures
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a strong business perspective
Ability to quickly understand complex topics and take initiative proactively
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach
Experience in sales of technically sophisticated products or capital goods within an industrial environment
