With a strong engineering culture, blue-chip client base, and ambitious growth plans, this is a rare opportunity to join a business making a genuine impact on Europe's energy future.TasksThe OpportunityAs Sales Executive, you will take ownership of a defined territory and customer portfolio, driving new business development while managing and growing existing accounts. You will work closely with technical and delivery teams to bring compelling, solution-led propositions to market across utilities, commercial & industrial, and public sector clients.Key Responsibilities• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the DACH region• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client relationships, maximising revenue and retention• Develop a deep understanding of client energy challenges and present tailored clean technology solutions• Work collaboratively with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposals• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools, reporting regularly to senior leadership• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings across the region• Contribute to go-to-market strategy, providing market intelligence and competitive insightProfileWhat We're Looking For• Fluent German and strong English, both written and spoken — essential• Proven B2B sales track record, ideally within utilities, solar/renewable energy, or electronics/electrical technology• A consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach with demonstrable new business success• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles• Commercial acumen and the ability to build compelling business casesWe offerPackage & Benefits Base SalaryUp to €70,000 OTE€100,000+ (uncapped commission) LocationBerlin (hybrid working available) SectorClean Power / Energy Technology TravelRegional travel across DACH GrowthClear progression in a scaling businessAdditional contact detailsHow to ApplyThis is an exclusive search managed by Optimus Search.
