Sales Executive (m/f/d) – Microsoft Entra Identity Security Services

At iC Consult, the world's largest independent Identity Security consultancy, we help enterprise organizations secure and manage digital identities at scale. We're expanding our Microsoft Security business and looking for a Sales Executive (m/f/d) to drive growth in Microsoft Entra Identity Security Services across DACH and Central Europe. You can work either on-site/hybrid at our offices in Essen, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Munich or Stuttgart, or flexibly remote across Germany.

This role blends strategic new business acquisition with consultative enterprise sales, working closely with Microsoft, our local business units, and our Identity Security experts. You'll sell services spanning Microsoft Entra ID, Entra ID Governance, Entra External ID, Zero Trust Assessments, Identity Security Transformation, AI Agent Governance & Security, Microsoft Identity Managed Services, and legacy IAM/IGA migrations to Entra.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive new business : Build and execute a sales strategy, generate and convert new opportunities, and manage a healthy Salesforce pipeline against quarterly/annual targets
• Build executive relationships : Engage CISOs, CIOs, and IAM decision-makers as a trusted advisor, focused on business outcomes over features
• Develop our Microsoft ecosystem : Grow relationships with Microsoft account teams, leverage co-sell motions, and represent iC Consult at Microsoft and industry events
• Collaborate across the iC Consult organization , e.g. with Field Marketing, Delivery, Architecture, and Bid Management to turn requirements into consulting and managed service opportunities

Your Experience:

• Proven track record in enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud, or professional services sales, within a Microsoft Security or Cloud solutions context
• Strong track record acquiring new logos and developing enterprise accounts, and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong network within the Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise security organizations
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra, Identity Security, Zero Trust, or IAM is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in fluent German and English language; French or other languages are considered a plus
