This role is for those who know and value our administration—but have never quite fit in themselves. For those who, even after years in public service, have never stopped asking: Could this process somehow be made a little better? We are a highly specialized tech startup in the heart of Berlin, working on one of the most challenging and relevant problems of our time: bringing artificial intelligence where it can have the greatest impact—in our government.

Задачи:

Ownership of your own pipeline. Leading and moderating customer conversations as equals—from first contact to signing the contract and for years afterwards. Working closely with the founders, Product, and Delivery to continuously improve our offering. Strategically developing our RevOps.

Требования:

You understand sales as collaborative problem-solving—not as traditional selling. You aim to truly understand customers, put yourself in their shoes, and develop sustainable solutions together. You have relevant experience building and developing sales processes—ideally at a growing startup or in complex B2B or public-sector contexts. You are confident in demanding conversations with different stakeholders and can build trust with assurance. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a steep learning curve. A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into solutions. Confidence in complex decision-making processes. A structured approach to work and experience building efficient RevOps processes. High initiative, ownership, and a desire to actively shape things.
