BeeOps is an AI product developed by Strite, an engineering company focused on building modern AI-powered solutions for businesses.

We’re an early-stage startup with an ambitious vision, a growing product, and, most importantly, our first paying customers. Now we’re looking for someone who wants to grow together with the company and help bring BeeOps to businesses around the world.

What you’ll do

• Find and engage new B2B customers in international markets.


• Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.


• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.


• Introduce BeeOps to potential customers through discovery calls and product demos.


• Understand customer needs and identify where AI can create business value.


• Schedule meetings and collaborate with our founders and engineering team throughout the sales process.


• Keep CRM updated and continuously improve your sales approach.

We’re looking for someone who has

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.


• Strong spoken and written German (B2+ / C1 or higher).


• Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.


• Confidence communicating with decision-makers.


• A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity about AI technologies.


• The ability to work independently and take ownership of results.


• Be one of the first people shaping our sales function.


• Sell an exciting AI product in one of the fastest-growing technology markets.


• Work directly with the founders and have a real impact on business growth.
