WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Bid & RFP Analysis – Review bid documents, assess requirements, and ensure a thorough understanding of the RFP process.
• Cost Estimation – Prepare labor estimates and evaluate project costs to support accurate and competitive proposals.
• Profitability Management – Assess cost effectiveness and develop estimates that support gross profit objectives.
• Proposal Preparation – Prepare bid submissions, compile supporting documentation, and ensure proposal quality and completeness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to develop estimates and resolve issues.
• Business Development – Support proposal targets through prospecting activities and engagement with potential customers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant Experience – Experience in Estimation, Project Management, or Field Integration is preferred. Background in the Audio Visual or Construction industry is an advantage.
• Education – High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical or industry-related qualifications are beneficial.
• Organization & Time Management – Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Communication & Customer Focus – Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset. Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Technical Proficiency – Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SLEP RFP processes is a plus.
• Professionalism & Adaptability – Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and thrive in a global or complex matrix environment.
