Motel One Group operates more than 100 hotels in 13 countries, offering modern design, high service standards, central locations, and attractive prices. The company pioneered the Budget Design hotel concept and continues to expand across European metropolitan areas and beyond.

Задачи:

• Proactively acquire and support customers to build and maintain long-term relationships, including contract negotiations and closing
• Research the local market independently to acquire new customers, including Sales Blitz activities for new openings
• Plan and conduct all Motel One sales activities for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention, including customer events and property tours
• Continuously analyze the market, trends, and competitors, and prepare customer performance reports and statistics
• Conduct sales training for hotel teams and participate in department head and sales meetings
• Collaborate closely with Hotel Managers, Reservations, E-Commerce, and Head Office Marketing departments
• Support and represent the Area Sales Manager

Требования:

• Hotel-related training or relevant sales experience
• Initial experience in a leadership position
• Open and communicative personality with a positive and motivating presence
• Good manners and strong negotiation and sales skills
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Persuasive personality with enthusiasm for active sales
• Team-oriented, forward-thinking, and goal-oriented approach
• Enjoyment of working in multicultural teams and readiness to work across departments
