• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and independently generate, manage, and close opportunities
• Leverage and expand a personal network of installers and distributors to increase market reach and sales velocity
• Understand customer needs, deliver outstanding service, and build long‑term trust and loyalty
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets, prioritizing high‑impact accounts
• Communicate the technical and commercial value of the company’s storage solutions and differentiate them from competitors
• Partner with marketing, operations, product, and executive leadership to deliver an aligned customer experience
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer engagements to build brand awareness and business opportunities

Требования

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in solar, energy storage, or cleantech
• A strong personal network of EPCs, installers, and partners
• A proven sales track record, including independently closing complex, high‑value deals
• Deep technical knowledge of residential battery storage systems
• Fluent German and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• An entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset and a passion for customer success
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to engage across organizational levels
• Strong teamwork and internal collaboration skills
