Your Responsibilities

• You’ll drive our growth by continuously refining our sales strategy with a particular focus on our home market of Dortmund and on online channels
• You’ll develop smart acquisition strategies that are seamlessly integrated both online and offline—always with the goal of expanding our reach and winning over new customers. In doing so, you’ll place a special focus on online sales channels
• You’ll establish new sales channels and further develop existing ones—with creative ideas and a clear focus on cost-effectiveness. Whether it’s direct sales, promotions, comparison sites, or other digital touchpoints: you’ll find the best way to sustainably grow our business in electricity, gas, and—in the future—energy services
• You manage and optimize the entire acquisition process throughout the customer journey—from the initial contact through successful closing to the start of service
• You leverage automation and digital tools to make acquisition processes even more efficient and use innovative technologies to maximize reach and conversion rates
• You’ll conduct competitive analyses and research to identify trends and keep us at the forefront of the market
• Working in cross-functional teams, you will continuously optimize the customer journeys under your responsibility, thereby ensuring an excellent customer experience

Your Qualifications

• You have a VWA degree in business administration, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on marketing/sales
• Industry knowledge in the energy sector or in the retail business of regulated markets rounds out your profile
• You have proven experience in sales, particularly in the design and implementation of sales campaigns (energy, telecommunications, or comparable products)
• You possess substantial expertise in digital sales and in the sales-oriented use of price comparison portals such as Verivox
• You have extensive experience managing service providers and sales partners and are distinguished by a strong professional network
• You have a keen sense for digital transformation and the continuous improvement of processes
• You impress with your pragmatic approach, a high degree of personal responsibility, and team spirit
• You work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner and have a strong grasp of numbers
• You are a talented communicator, can explain complex issues clearly, and present yourself competently both internally and externally
• You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team, and you enjoy taking on new challenges
