YOUR IMPACT:

Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Steuerung, Umsetzung und Optimierung der Verkaufsabläufe in der Boutique zur Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Serviceerlebnisses für unsere Kund:innen Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der im Bereich Sales eingesetzten Mitarbeiter:innen und Gestaltung eines inspirierenden Arbeitsumfelds Analyse und Tracking der Boutique-relevanten KPI’s sowie Erstellung gezielter Aktionspläne für eine nachhaltige Boutique-Performance Verantwortung für die Einhaltung interner Richtlinien bei allen Verkaufsabläufen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fashion Trainingsteam zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Teams

Begeisterung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Verkaufsprozessen und das Setzen neuer Standards im Boutique-Alltag Freude an der Analyse von Kennzahlen und der Entwicklung kreativer Lösungsansätze Affinität für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Teams Interesse an strategischer Kundenbindung und am Aufbau nachhaltiger Beziehungen Begeisterung für digitale Tools und innovative Methoden, um die Boutique aktiv weiterzuentwickeln

YOUR PROFILE:

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Retail-Umfeld, idealerweise in einer (fachlichen) Führungsposition Expertise im Umgang mit anspruchsvollenKund:innen, ein exzellentes Maß an Serviceorientierung und Engagement Ergebnisorientierte Denkweise und strategische Fähigkeiten Digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
