WHAT YOU'LL DO

You open doors that others don't even try – and bring new customers all the way from first contact to signed contract.

• You actively hunt for new business – by phone, persistently, and with the clear goal of closing the next deal.
• You manage new customers end-to-end – from first contact to contract signature, you're the central point of contact.
• You develop strong sales presentations and lead sales and consultative conversations focused on technical solutions in travel software.
• You negotiate as an equal – commercial and contractual terms are something you negotiate, not just process.
• You analyze the market and its potential, spotting the next opportunity before others do.
• You work in a dynamic team with direct access to management – short paths, fast decisions.
• You represent Peakwork at trade shows and events – with presence, conviction, and the ambition to be memorable.

WHAT YOU BRING

You don't have to be a superhero – but you should burn

• Genuine passion for sales and a relentless drive to keep developing.
• A commercial or technical apprenticeship, or a completed degree – the field is open, the drive is what matters.
• At least 3 years of experience selling digital products or software in the travel industry.
• Strong interest in selling software solutions in the tourism sector – you want to understand what you're selling.
• High IT affinity and a genuine enjoyment of diving deep into complex software solutions.
• Independent way of working, drive, and confident presence round out your profile.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a real plus.
• Willingness to travel – you go where the decision-makers are.
