Helm Specialist Recruitment are working exclusively with a growing MPP shipping business, to hire a Sales/Business Development Manager for their Hamburg office.
Our client specialises in the Project and Break-Bulk sector and is looking to strengthen their team with an experienced commercial professional focused on developing cargo and new business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new cargo opportunities, building relationships with charterers, cargo owners, forwarders and brokers to identify and secure new clients and trade flows.
The ideal candidate will have strong Project Cargo and MPP experience, together with a proven background in commercial development, sales and chartering. An established industry network would be advantageous.
Candidates must have the right to live and work in Germany.
