We are seeking a Sales Manager in Germany to lead our expansion efforts. Reporting to the Sales Managing Director of Qwello Germany, you will be responsible for increasing our footprint, building relationships with key stakeholders, and shaping our sales strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and grow the customer base in public and semi-public spaces.
2. Build strong relationships with city officials, municipalities, and public institutions.
3. Contribute to long-term sales planning to ensure growth and profitability.
4. Identify market segments and develop tailored approaches with relevant portfolio and product features.
5. Manage tenders and drive application processes.
6. Maintain structured and documented sales approaches in our CRM system.
7. Share knowledge proactively within the team.
8. Coordinate closely with Project Management and Tech teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Extensive knowledge of working with public institutions, cities, and municipalities (B2G environment).
• Experience with EV charging infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Self-organization skills in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
• Fluency in German and English.
• A proactive, can-do attitude to help accelerate the shift to electric mobility.
