Sales Manager – Telecom

Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider specialising in worldwide leading sectors such as ICT, Engineering, AI, Automotive and Energy, is recruiting for a Sales Manager on behalf of one of their blue chip international clients to join their organisation in Germany .

Job Title: Sales Manager (Telecom)

Salary range: 70,000 - 90,000 EUR/annum depend upon experience

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, such as German mobile operators, by understanding both our company and the customer's needs, as well as the telecommunications industry.
• Find and create new customer opportunities in untapped areas, aiming to bring in new business or offer our products to the customer.
• Lead sales and innovation projects by organizing necessary resources, supporting the Account Team to build the right project team, and working with team members to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with Business Management or technical background, quick in learning new knowledge, 2-3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Good knowledge of business development, geopolitics, macroeconomics, international relations etc.
• Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Business Management, etc. experiences with cross-culture communications, willingness to face challenges, flexibility in uncertain situations, and ambitious to exceed expectations.
• Fluent in both German and English.
