Sales Manager Traineeship

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic growth and success of the Hamburg office and the expansion of offices in the Hamburg region.
• Prove yourself as a fundraiser and inspire your team by achieving excellent sales results.
• Recruit, coach, and lead your own direct sales team.
• Motivate your team to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Master face‑to‑face sales techniques and transfer your knowledge to your team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German and a good command of English.
• A passion for sales, coaching, and fundraising.
• A driven and ambitious mindset with the desire to grow and develop.
• Willingness to take ownership and lead by example.
• Experience in fundraising or direct sales is a plus but not required.
