Founded in 2015, Dobot Robotics is the creator of the world's first desktop grade collaborative robot. We offer 7 main product lines: CR, CRA, CRS, MG400, M1 Pro, Nova, and Magician, with more than a dozen of collaborative robot models. We are the first in the industry to offer a product line up that covers 0.5 to 30 kg payloads.

To date, Dobot has sold over 72,000 collaborative robots to 80 countries and regions and has ranked first in Chinese robot exporter by volume 7 consecutive years.

Dobot robots are currently operational across over 15 industries including consumer electronics, automotive, metal processing, semiconductor, healthcare, chemical and retail.

About the Team

As a leading Chinese cobot export manufacturer, the EMEA region is one of the important regions for Dobot. The EMEA sales team is expanding and we are looking for team members who will help shape the foundation and future of Dobot business success in EMEA. The key function of this role is to create demand and achieve high win rate on repeat sales through sales development and application consulting work. This role covers the Eastern Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and YoY growth via SI and project-driven channel partner network.
  • Hunt, develop and maintain a high-quality network of System Integrators and project-focused channel partners who will scale with us.
  • Onboard, activate, motivate and manage SI partners across the full project lifecycle.
  • Actively identify, qualify and drive new project opportunities together with SI partners, from lead generation to project closure.
  • Develop SI partners to maximize their solution integration, project delivery and sales potential.
  • Influence and develop annual partner Dobot strategy and project-based business plans.
  • Regularly review SI partner business and project performance, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage SI and distribution partnership contract negotiations and signing.
  • Provide market and project intelligence, manage project pipeline, and conduct sales forecasting and reporting.

Who we are looking for

  • Min. 5 years of experience in establishing, developing and managing channel partner network.
  • Preferably from the automation or robotic industries.
  • Ability to operate between “hunting” for new possibilities and “farming” existing customers and finding the required channel of partners to develop the business.
  • Strong understanding of solution sales business and working with channel partners.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (40–60% of the time).
