Sales Manager/Team Lead (m/w/d)

In this role you drive strategic customer engagement with Audi, managing end-to-end projects from pre-series to series production and aftersales. You will collaborate with internal departments to prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and steer change management to align with customer needs. You’ll monitor performance, perform competitive analyses, and support sales planning through strong relationship management. • Act as the central interface between Lear and Audi, aligning customer requirements
• Oversee projects from pre-series to series production and spare parts with OEM contact
• Lead acquisition project execution and commercial assessments
• Prepare quotations with internal teams and manage contract reviews and negotiations
• Handle change management processes, including technical modifications
• Strategically plan and conduct customer relationship management
• Monitor business performance and conduct competitive analyses for sales planning

• Degree in engineering or business administration
• At least 5 years’ experience in automotive sales (VW Group/Audi preferred)
• Knowledge in product development, manufacturing processes, or quality management for seats or trim components
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Ability to build customer relationships and work independently within a team
