About the Role

As Sales Operations Manager, you will be the key person for steering the operational elements of the sales department. You will oversee all aspects of stock management, order management and payment processes, and work closely with the logistics department. In addition, you will navigate across departments with confidence to ensure that sales processes run smoothly at all times. You will review and optimise our process structures – in order to ensure that Geely Auto Deutschland achieves its targeted operational growth.

Function

• Manage stock allocation and inventory optimisation to ensure product availability and efficient stock levels.
• Oversee order management, ensuring accurate and timely order processing from placement to delivery.
• Handle financial operations, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate secure and efficient logistics operations to support product distribution.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to dealers, resolving issues and ensuring smooth business operations.
• Drive process and systems improvement by designing, implementing, and optimising workflows, leveraging technology to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Be hands‑on and continuously seek opportunities to improve personal performance, team effectiveness, and departmental processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year of proven experience in the automotive industry
• A comprehensive understanding of operational processes within national sales companies and car dealerships
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and analytical character.
• Team player with structured and self‑organised approach to work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German, English and Chinese.
• Outstanding adaptability and strong intercultural competence.
• Solid working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Legal right to work in Germany
