Responsibilities

• Independently manage European and international sales partners
• Assist sales partners in organising new store openings and preparing listing data and marketing materials for the sales channels
• Act as the interface between external sales partners and all relevant internal departments, such as Purchasing, Order Processing, Trade Marketing, Regional Marketing, Planning, and Logistics
• Independently manage day‑to‑day operations and initiate and execute your own exciting (cross‑functional) projects
• Work closely with Key Account Managers on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and at least three years of professional experience in internal sales or similar roles
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages (Spanish, French, Polish, Italian, etc.) is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly excellent Excel skills; ideally also knowledge of SAP and Planview (formerly Sciforma)
• Quick learner, detail‑oriented, and numerically inclined
• Ability to work under pressure, team player, self‑motivated, and highly customer‑focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive work style
