Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist , you will focus on supporting and optimizing sales processes, maintaining CRM data integrity, and ensuring alignment across internal teams. You will act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, helping the commercial function run efficiently.

This is a hands-on role combining operational support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, with occasional exposure to client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and maintain sales materials, including standardised and customised presentations
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, tracking, and pipeline visibility
  • Support reporting processes (monthly, quarterly), ensuring reliable and structured data
  • Coordinate internally with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams to align on offerings and availability
  • Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and relationship support when needed
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth internal coordination and documentation
  • Identify and support the execution of cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate updates and content for Raketech.com by aligning with relevant stakeholders
  • Join client calls when needed to support continuity and communication
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support the commercial team

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting (preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of performance metrics
  • Experience in digital marketing, affiliate, or iGaming is a plus, but not required
  • Preferably knowledge of the Nordic language (not mandatory)
