Our Associations and Partnerships team is at the heart of building and maintaining valuable relationships with key organizations, associations, and strategic partners across multiple markets. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your negotiation skills and strategic thinking directly impact our business success. Together with your colleagues, you'll identify new partnership opportunities, develop innovative collaboration models, and ensure our partners experience the excellence that SIXT stands for. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You drive revenue growth by developing international and global partnerships with a sharp focus on profitability, sales performance, and strategic market positioning
  • You identify lucrative business opportunities by analysing markets, partner portfolios and sales potentials to unlock new revenue streams and high‑value cooperation models
  • You negotiate partnership agreements that maximise revenue generation, develop joint sales concepts, and implement global marketing and sales initiatives that directly boost our commercial success with international partners
  • You own the commercial performance of your partnerships by tracking revenue KPIs, implementing data‑driven sales optimisation strategies, and consistently driving profit and revenue growth
  • You accelerate sales success across markets by coordinating global revenue initiatives in close collaboration with our SIXT country organisations and franchise partners

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Education: You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, tourism, or a comparable field of study
  • Professional experience: You bring relevant experience in business development, sales, or consulting – ideally in an international context with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and commercial performance
  • Analytical skills: You possess strong analytical capabilities and excel at translating complex sales KPIs and market data from international markets into strategic decisions that drive profitability
  • Mindset: You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales orientation, self‑motivation, and the confidence to manage global stakeholders while pushing revenue targets forward
  • Technical understanding: You have a solid grasp of digital processes and sales platforms
  • Communication: You excel in communication and negotiation within international partnerships, bringing fluency in German and English to drive successful sales conversations; additional languages are a valuable plus
