Sales Project Manager – Sealing Technologies (all genders)

In this role you provide technical leadership for rubber molding components, guiding design, tooling, and materials. You will validate concepts, select partners, and drive cost-focused manufacturing decisions. You’ll manage supplier relationships and support cross-functional teams to deliver innovative sealing solutions. • Provide technical leadership for injection and compression molded rubber parts, including tooling and material selection
• Lead should-cost analyses and select manufacturing partners during quotations
• Drive design-to-cost by optimizing materials, tooling, design, and production technologies
• Manage make-or-buy decisions, supplier selection, and sampling through PPAP to serial production
• Optimize total cost of ownership with a strong supplier portfolio ensuring quality and reliability
• Lead engineering projects and support business development as the rubber molding technical center
• Collaborate with sales, sourcing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer solutions

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
• Min. 5 years hands-on rubber manufacturing experience, especially rubber injection molding
• Strong project management in international, customer-facing environments
• Extensive knowledge of rubber molding technologies and tooling, compounds, equipment
• Understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier selection, should-cost analysis, procurement
• Ability to read complex technical drawings, analytical thinker with commercial awareness
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Excellent communication, proactive mindset, customer orientation, teamwork
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a must
