Sales Representative, Building Automation

• Manage and expand the existing customer base and acquire new customers
• Advise customers on and sell building automation solutions
• Develop customized concepts and proposals for customers
• Negotiate with customers and partners to achieve optimal contract agreements
• Work closely with the technical department and project management
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities
• Attend trade fairs, industry events, and customer presentations

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with a focus on building automation, electrical engineering, or building services engineering
• Sales experience, preferably in building automation or technical sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, organized, and structured approach to work
• Technical understanding and an affinity for innovative solutions
• Good IT skills, including CRM systems and MS Office
• Willingness to travel within the sales territory
