In dieser anspruchsvollen Rolle kombinieren Sie Ihre Vertriebsexpertise mit tiefgehendem klinischem Verständnis, um unsere innovativen Lösungen für komplexe Wirbelsäulendeformitäten erfolgreich im Markt zu etablieren. Sie arbeiten eng mit führenden Wirbelsäulenchirurgen zusammen, unterstützen bei anspruchsvollen Eingriffen und leisten so einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Patientenergebnisse. In dieser Position sind Sie deutschlandweit im Außendienst tätig und verantworten die Marktentwicklung sowie die klinische Unterstützung im Bereich Wirbelsäulendeformitäten. Sie arbeiten eng mit interdisziplinären internen Teams sowie externen klinischen Partnern zusammen und bringen Ihre Expertise auch in Marketing- und Produktmanagementaktivitäten ein.
Die Rolle erfordert regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands sowie eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Kunden und Meinungsbildnern. Diese Position umfasst die Region Deutschland und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.
Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.
**Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:**
Verantwortung für Vertrieb und Marktentwicklung des Deformity-Portfolios inklusive strategischer Accountplanung und Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Chirurgen, klinischem Personal und internen Teams.
Klinische Unterstützung bei komplexen Eingriffen, Durchführung von Trainings sowie Förderung der Therapieadoption durch Expertise und Beratung.
Einbringung klinischer und marktbezogener Insights zur Weiterentwicklung von Portfolio- und Produktstrategien.
Unterstützung von Marketinginitiativen, Trainingsprogrammen sowie Produktlaunches im Deformity-Bereich.
Rolle als klinischer Experte inkl. Mitwirkung an Marktanalysen, Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Portfoliomanagement.
**Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:**
Bachelorabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Medizintechnik, Marketing, Life Sciences oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder im Marketing von Medizinprodukten, idealerweise im Bereich komplex Wirbelsäulenchirurgie (Deformitäten).
Fundiertes klinisches Verständnis komplexer Wirbelsäulenchirurgie.
Bestehendes Netzwerk zu führenden Wirbelsäulenzentren in Deutschland.
Erfahrung in der Unterstützung chirurgischer Eingriffe im OP.
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
Hohe Eigenständigkeit, strategisches Denken und unternehmerisches Mindset.
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Teams)
