Sales Representative Germany | Steel Industry

At Paul Marlex , we are partnering with Bornay , a well-established Spanish industrial company specialized in steel solutions, to recruit a Sales Representative for Germany who will lead the management and development of the company's commercial activities across the country.

This position is ideally suited to professionals based in North Rhine-Westphalia (Nordrhein-Westfalen) , particularly in the Düsseldorf area , where a significant part of the existing customer portfolio is concentrated.

What are we looking for?

• Residence in Germany, preferably in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), especially around Düsseldorf.
• Proven experience selling steel tubes, hollow sections, precision tubes , or other related steel products.
• Strong knowledge of the German market and its key players within the steel and metal industry.
• Experience managing and developing industrial B2B customer portfolios.
• Ability to build long-term and trusted business relationships.
• Availability to travel regularly across Germany.
• Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and ability to work independent.
• Professional level of English.
• Fluent Spanish will be highly valued.
• Existing network or knowledge of manufacturers, distributors, customers, or suppliers within the industry will be considered a strong advantage.
• Organized, proactive, results-driven, and solution oriented mindset.
