Sales Representative - Inbound (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Representative (m/f/d) to professionally manage incoming inquiries and leads, delight customers, and earn with our attractive commission model without limits.

Tasks

• Professional handling and qualification of incoming inquiries (phone, email, chat) from B2B customers and prospects
• Advising and selling our CBD and hemp products (wholesale, white-label, brands like SMASH)
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, as well as actively following up on leads
• Preparing offers, closing sales, and supporting customer retention
• Maintaining the CRM system and closely coordinating with the team

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in the CBD-, or tobacco-, or vape market (not in the medical cannabis market)
• Ambitious, quick, and highly adaptable – you bring drive and initiative
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer interaction
• Sales talent and ability to close deals
• High self-motivation and enjoyment in independent work
• Fluent in German & English. French, Spanish, Czech, or Italian would be great.
