Sales Representative, Software Solutions

Sell innovative planning systems—from kitchen planning software to online configurators—to new and existing customers
Conduct confident negotiations with decision-makers ranging from individual retailers to major corporate groups
Present solutions on-site at customer locations, trade shows, and industry conferences
Build and maintain networks with industry partners, associations, and field sales teams
Analyze business processes and advise customers on optimizing and digitizing their workflows
Monitor market trends and competitors
Contribute to marketing campaigns and actively support their implementation
Independently plan customer appointments and business travel within the assigned sales territory
Collaborate with a Germany-wide distributed sales team

Requirements

Several years of experience selling IT solutions or complex software products
Ideally, experience in B2B sales involving longer sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC and SPIN Selling
Experience using CRM systems
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand complex software products and communicate their value effectively to different target audiences
Experience in the furniture, kitchen, or related retail sectors is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills, self-organization, and persuasive ability
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
English language skills are an advantage
Willingness to work in the postal code areas 01–09XXX and 30–37XXX
