Do you want to play a key role in VILA’s continued growth across our retail markets in Europe?
You will become part of a retail team with clear commercial ambitions across Europe. In this role, you will work at the centre of our organisation, driving the commercial dialogue across markets, securing strong sell‑in, and using data and insights to drive sales performance.
You will join VILA’s Retail team at our head office, working closely with Buying and Sales. From HQ, you collaborate with Retail Buyers in local teams across markets, who are responsible for buying for our own stores. We are a commercially driven team with a strong focus on performance, where collaboration, speed, and ownership are key.
You take on a broad commercial role across markets, where you are responsible for driving sales through sell‑in to Retail Buyers. You lead the dialogue with them, presenting products and building strong commercial arguments to secure the right product selection for each market. Using your market understanding and data insights, you turn opportunities into concrete sales, ensuring strong in‑store performance across markets.
