Do you want to play a key role in VILA’s continued growth across our retail markets in Europe?

You will become part of a retail team with clear commercial ambitions across Europe. In this role, you will work at the centre of our organisation, driving the commercial dialogue across markets, securing strong sell‑in, and using data and insights to drive sales performance.

YOUR TEAM

You will join VILA’s Retail team at our head office, working closely with Buying and Sales. From HQ, you collaborate with Retail Buyers in local teams across markets, who are responsible for buying for our own stores. We are a commercially driven team with a strong focus on performance, where collaboration, speed, and ownership are key.

YOUR ROLE

You take on a broad commercial role across markets, where you are responsible for driving sales through sell‑in to Retail Buyers. You lead the dialogue with them, presenting products and building strong commercial arguments to secure the right product selection for each market. Using your market understanding and data insights, you turn opportunities into concrete sales, ensuring strong in‑store performance across markets.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales performance across our Own Chain Stores
  • Presenting collections and securing strong sell‑in to retail buyers
  • Ensuring a relevant and competitive product range aligned with your market needs
  • Using data, insights and performance to drive commercial decisions and actions
  • Following up on orders and in‑season performance to ensure strong sell‑through
  • Collaborating closely with Retail, Buying and markets, including regular market visits

YOUR PROFILE

You are driven by sales and motivated by using data to deliver strong results. You combine a commercial and analytical mindset, taking ownership of your performance and ensuring strong execution and follow‑up across markets.

We imagine that you:

  • Have +2 years of experience from a sales role
  • Work analytically and data‑driven, using insights to drive sales decisions and actions
  • Have experience working with customers and know how to build and maintain strong relationships that drive results
  • Are confident presenting products and driving sell‑in through close customer interaction
  • Have experience with Excel or Power BI and an interest in digital tools and AI
  • Communicate fluently in English

TRAVELLING

You can expect approximately 10-15 travel days a year.
