Responsibilities
- Your territory will be East / North Germany.
- Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success.
- Being the central point of contact for customers and cross‑functional teams.
- Developing a plan and strategy to ensure the development of visual sales in the assigned territory.
- Defining and executing the regional visual strategy in collaboration with the Regional Sales Leader.
- Defining actions and initiatives to drive quarterly results.
- Building a visible opportunity funnel across the assigned territory – using Waygate tools provided.
- Gathering and reporting Voice of Customers.
Qualifications
- Have experience in Commercial Sales with focus on negotiating and closing large and complex contractual agreements.
- Have the ability to be a technical consultant to our customers and build successful and strategic relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate technical information in a clear and easy to understand manner.
- Be able to communicate in English and fluent in German.
- Be a strong team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever changing, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate passion for building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
- Traveling at least 50% of your time.
