Sales Setter / Sales Representative

What Will You Be Responsible For?

• · First contact with potential customers by phone, email, and social media.
• · Maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
• · Qualifying sales inquiries and leads.
• · Scheduling initial calls and meetings.
• · Conducting follow-ups and reactivating older contacts.
• · Identifying new potential customers and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, and industry trade fairs.
• · Documenting customer contacts and next steps in our CRM system, ActiveCampaign.
• · Working closely with the sales team to achieve common sales targets.

What Do We Expect From You?

• · A technical or commercial educational background.
• · Experience in customer contact, sales, or customer service.
• · Very good communication skills, both by phone and in writing.
• · English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
• · A high level of motivation, independence, and a results-oriented mindset.
• · Good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• · A positive and professional approach to customers.
• · Persistence and consistency in sales conversations and follow-up activities.
• · Knowledge of Google Workspace.
• · Willingness to learn about our machines, technologies, and the printing and packaging industry.
• Experience in B2B sales or in the technical, machinery, printing, or packaging industry would be an additional advantage.
