Your Mission
- Define tailored technical solutions for our customers and actively contribute to optimising their processes.
- Ensure customer requirements are implemented fully and correctly from a technical perspective.
- Support customers, integrators, and partners in the optimal use of our products.
- Work closely with various customer-side departments such as engineering, maintenance, purchasing, or quality.
- Act as a central technical point of contact for sales, customers, and partners.
- Combine application knowledge and technical expertise to develop sustainable solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Support sales teams and partners with technical inquiries and projects.
- Develop customer‑specific solutions, including technical design, costing, and project planning.
- Create technical drawings, layouts, and quotation documentation.
- Provide sales support throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and other internal interfaces.
- Advise customers and partners on applications and technologies in the field of fluid handling.
- Contribute to the further development of products, applications, and go-to‑market approaches.
Your Profile
- A completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or sales support, ideally with technically complex products.
- Solid knowledge of pump technology, process engineering, or fluid handling.
- Ideally, experience in hygienic applications such as Food & Beverage or Personal Care.
- Confident in reading and creating technical drawings.
- Experience in technical design and cost calculation.
- Strong understanding of relevant markets and applications.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for building long‑term relationships.
- Structured, independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills.
